We actively enjoy the scene ourselves and we know first hand how important it is to get good kit. Performance really does matter.

Jet Set Willy is our first foray into 3D-printed stainless steel electrodes. Yes, you read that correctly; they are 3D printed.

Fusing powdered 316L stainless steel with a laser requires extremely expensive machines. This is way beyond our in-house capabilities, so we have enlisted the help of one of the biggest manufacturers of 3D-printed metal products.

Why 3D-printed stainless steel? Using an additive manufacturing process means less waste, and unique shapes and designs that were impossible to make in any other way suddenly become possible.

So, after months of design work and considerable expense, including investing in our own post-processing equipment (a media blasting cabinet, compressor, and abrasive media), we can now reveal Jet Set Willy.

This is a monopole glans electrode made from 316L stainless steel with unique design features.

  • It is a monopole electrode, so you will need to use another electrode in conjunction with it.
  • It fully encapsulates the glans, providing lots of surface area contact.
  • It has a hole in the front for ejaculate and pre-cum to escape.
  • It features four different methods of connection: crocodile clips, 3,5mm snap studs, 2mm pins, and 4mm pins. We use small pieces of high-quality conductive rubber for the 2mm and 4mm plug sockets.
  • The connectors are also double-sided, so you can easily attach more than one channel, making tri-phase play less complicated.
  • The textured surface helps keep conductive lube/gel in place.
  • It is made from 316L stainless steel, so cleaning and even sterilisation between users is possible.

Plenty of sizing options are available, with five sizes and more planned. Sizing is critical, so we have also designed and sell a nylon sizing kit that you can buy to ensure you get the right size. These sizing kits come with a discount code that will give you £9.50 off one of these electrodes if you then go on to purchase one.

The sizes pertain to the internal measurement from the rear face to the front of the glans, and this electrode is available in five sizes:

  1. 35mm/1.4"
  2. 40mm/1.6"
  3. 45mm/1.8"
  4. 49mm/1.92"
  5. 53mm/2.1".

Oh, and because we like to go above and beyond for our customers, we also supply these in an ABS case.

Great tool!

It’s sold out right now, but on my wish list! I LOVE stimming my glans and this will stim the entire head! There is a ‘bell’ available from another vender that I like, but it’s kind of cumbersome to use. You need to cover it with a condom to hold it on which then limits what you can do with your shaft. For the helmet, I’ll definitely get the sizing kit to be sure I get the right size. Two suggestions to make this a bit better. 1) create a sound/plug (with or without a hole to **** through). This would hold it in place and give some stim sensation down the length of the shaft. To add even more options, offer a long sound (6 or 7”) and a short sound/plug (an inch or two long). 2) have the existing offered tie down strap to be an e-stim loop/strap. Again… I’ll be buying one as soon as they are back in stock!

Well designed helmet

Electrode itself works wonderfully. Bought the tie down kit as well but it felt like it wanted to slip off and so I held it in place.

A no-brainer! This is the device you’ll need!

Some e-stim products are nice for adventure or discovery. A few remain as a fixes set. The Jet Set Willy fits in the last category: Once you’ve found the right size, you know: this is a keeper! I’ll mount it with a silicon plug to keep it firm and will keep looking for a steel plug to mount and add conduct to the flavour.

I'm sorry that you chose the wrong size. It is difficult to create products that fit everyone and that is why we produced the sizing set. So that customers can ensure they are buying the right size for them.
We will add more measurements, but it is hard for customers to measure themselves accurately, especially when factoring in changes in girth during a stimming session.

Needs retainer

Interesting concept, solid, and gives no harsh sensation. The interior metal is extremely smooth, so lube may need to be reapplied more-often than normal. It just lacks something to hold the electrode in-place, such as a rubber strap. I've tried using a rubber band, but there's nothing on the top-side for a band to grip.

For me the perfect personal elektrode

Before you order, measure well. The test set is certainly recommended, but the shipping and the tax to Germany quickly becomes expensive. My model was here quickly, about 5 days with customs clearance. It fits me like a glove and is one of the best, maybe even the best, electrode for the glans. Everything is nicely packed in a box. This is my new favourite

This is my new favourite piece of kit I use it with the tri phase cable, a sticky pad or the moaner and estim systems 2B on the waterfall setting and it is AMAZING hours of fun

Once again excellent service by Joanne and her team. Delivered the following day and well and securely packaged. I now have the 40mm and 45 mm of this electrode. The sensations using this electrode in a tri phase set is just awesome and mind blowing plus orgasmic.
