Flexible sounds are great for those who have a curve in their penis and at a diameter of 7mm this example is wide enough to be felt but not so wide as to be too challenging. There's also a 5mm wide version for those who want something narrower, and both come with "measurement notches" so it's easy to see how deep it has been inserted. There are plenty of unipolar electro sounds out there and also some bipolar ones where the tip is one pole and the remainder of the shaft is the other pole. This sound is different as the two poles are along the length of the sound, down each side. That leads to a different sensation with stimulation along the length of the inserted portion of the sound which, to me, feels like a unique "buzzing" sensation of equal intensity along the length. If you like hands-free play then it's worth taking a look at Joanne's sound clamping glans electrodes, which secure the sound with a nylon screw which minimises the chances of damaging this silicone sound. TL;DR: if you want a different sensation from an electro sound, then this is definitely worth a try
