We are renowned for our high levels of customer service, as demonstrated in our reviews and the recommendations about us given to friends by our previous customers. This is something we especially appreciate as we are a small team that relies on repeat business.
So, after a brainstorming session, well, in all honesty, a chat over a cup of tea and some biscuits, we decided that we should introduce a customer loyalty scheme.
What a fantastic idea, we all cried (we were definitely in a good mood as Rachel had broken out the posh biscuits).
We then began looking for and integrating a system into our shop.
After some time testing to ensure it works and doesn't cause any issues, it's time to release it to the world.
Customer Loyalty Rewards
Everyone does them, and we are late to the game, but it's something that directly benefits you all, so that's good news.
For every order you place from now on, you will receive points - ooooh, exciting!
These points can be accrued for doing other things, too, not just placing orders with us.

For example, you can write reviews on previous purchases, and you can even let us know about your birthday to receive extra points on that special day.
These points can be exchanged for discounts on future orders or even free products. It's the least we can do to give something back to our customers, as without you, we wouldn't be here doing what we love.
You can see your reward points balance in the account area within the shop.
Wishlist
We had to close down the old wishlist in favour of a new one with more features. So in your account area, you can keep track of your favourites in one place.
To add things to the list, click the loveheart symbol on the product's image or the button just above the "Add To Cart" button.

We hope that this new feature will make it easier for everyone to keep their favourites in one place.
You can also see a list of previously viewed products on your account page. Again, we hope this makes it easier for you to find what you are looking for when returning to the shop.
In Summary
We now have a way of giving back to our customers, and it is good to be able to offer something back. With rising costs of things like shipping, these discounts and rewards can go a long way to offset future orders.
