I have enjoyed several of Joanne's products throughout the years. The XL Ladder is truly a mind bender. Quality construction, robust design and precision electrode placement make this my new favorite. I also bought the dorsal attachment. It is wonderful. However the electrode
needs to be more securely seated so it doesn't pop out. No big deal.

I cannot speak highly enough of Joanne and her innovative products. This is a very simple kit, no screws, no fuss. They slid firmly onto both sides of my 2B. Solid materials that have a good thickness. What a difference! I enjoy changing things up during a session, and this stand makes it so much easier to see the screen and operate the controls. I've also had incidents of my 2B falling off the bed, and this was the solution. Thank you to Joanne and her team for this simple yet effective upgrade for my 2B! Highly recommend to all 2B owners, as your sessions will be more enjoyable!

I had an E-Stim Systems cable with right angle 4mm banana plugs, so I could actually sit on my electrode. One of the pins came out of its connector (my fault, not ESS'), and the cable was on back order. Until receiving these adapters, I had to tread carefully with the standard straight 4mm cable. I know some folks prefer having the right angle cable, but these adapters give me flexibility, as I can use one set of cables for multiple purposes. ESS' quality of cables, compared with others I've used, is superior. They are larger gauge wire and use higher quality connectors on both ends. I didn't know what I was missing out on with my 2B, until I had cables/connectors that can deliver full power. Thank you for having these in stock!

Joanne is a genius with all things e-stim. My Moaner is already my favorite electrode, however, her modified neck that replaces the stock piece, it's a game changer! First thing was ease of install, take electrode apart as you would for cleaning, and substitute this piece when reassembling. It fit perfectly, no issues. It made my Moaner a little bit shorter, which places the head in better contact with my prostate. I also like to let the Moaner move in and out a bit, and her addition of the rib makes for fantastic sensations. Wow!! Part is well-made, durable material that is very easy to wash. If you own a Moaner, I highly recommend this part, as it made my Moaner a better toy. Thanks so much to Joanne and her staff!!

Quality construct. Great fit and finish. Well made and looks like it will hold up during the longest sessions. A must have for serious stimmers. I highly recommend The XL Stairway to Heaven. The conductive tubing is quality as well as the locks. My favorite device to use with the moaner.
