E-Stim Emporium

A quick note from us
E-Stim Emporium is a small UK business. We design and make some of our products here in the United Kingdom, and we also work with a handful of trusted suppliers overseas. We think people should be appropriately treated at work — full stop — and we take modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking seriously.
Where our products come from
Our supply chain includes:
-
UK manufacturing (made by us)
-
UK makers (products we stock from other UK manufacturers)
-
Germany (select sourced products/components)
-
China (select sourced products/components)
We ship directly to customers in the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia and globally. We also have stockists in Germany and the USA.
How we keep standards (practical, not performative)
We’re not huge, and we don’t pretend we can audit every layer of global supply chains like a corporation. What we can do is keep things sensible, consistent, and accountable:
-
We keep our supplier list tight. Fewer suppliers, longer relationships, less mystery.
-
We keep basic traceability. Purchase records, supplier details, and what came from where.
-
We choose suppliers we can identify and talk to. Clear business details, consistent output, no sketchy “too good to be true” sourcing.
-
We set expectations. We expect compliance with labour laws and a strict no to forced labour/child labour.
-
We pay attention. If we see red flags — sudden unexplained changes, strange paperwork, inconsistent origin details — we dig in.
-
We act if something feels off. That can mean asking questions, switching suppliers, and ending a relationship.
If you ever have a concern
If you have any concerns about how something has been made or sourced, please reach out via our contact page. We’ll take it seriously and look into it.
Keeping up with the rules
We keep an eye on relevant supply-chain requirements for the markets we sell into, including the EU’s rules on forced labour.
