We have been running our new delivery duty paid shipping services for three weeks now, and it is working perfectly.
Customers in the US and the EU are seeing their orders arrive promptly, with no unexpected hidden fees to pay before delivery. That for us is a huge success.
Has it all gone to plan? We'd be lying if we said there were no problems; with over 200 orders shipped out, we have only had issues with two of them.
One was to Spain, where the customs officials decided that lube was not allowed into the country - a very strange decision. The second was one of the earliest orders, and that just needed some clarification with customs.
Lessons have been learnt, and since those initial teething troubles, it has been plain sailing.
Delivery Duty Paid Stats
So let me give you some statistics from the first three weeks of the delivery duty paid services:
- Average delivery time to the EU: 6 days.
- Average delivery time to the USA: 11 days.
- Problem rate: 0.4%.
- Success rate: 99.6%.
Let us tell you all about it:
Our shipping fees remain competitive, and we are rightly proud of having developed a system that continues to work effectively after tariff changes. This has made things easier for not just our US customers but also for customers within the European Union, as we can ship there with VAT paid under the IOSS scheme.
Customers can view both the actual shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes directly on the checkout page. Transparency matters, and so does service, which is why we are committed to delivering for our customers, no matter where they are in the world.
Thank you for your support and faith in our products and services. Without you, we wouldn't be here doing what we love.
Lube Update
We cannot ship lubes into the USA now, as the administration and FDA have decided that to import gels and lubes, we would now need a licence to do so, and that is prohibitively expensive.

The US administration, in conjunction with the FDA, has decided that to import lube into the USA, you now need a licence that costs upwards of $50,000, even though gels like Parker Spectragel are made in the US. That means we can no longer ship lubes into the USA, as we cannot afford the license for the year it now takes to acquire.
I am looking for more information in shipping lube, and especially electrostim gel, to the USA. Why is this no longer permitted? Are there alternatives? What is the recommended action?
Thanks!
