Say hello to the 35mm Jet Set Willy and Helmet E-Stim Electrodes

It's been a long time coming, but the design for the 35mm version of these e-stim electrodes is finished, and they are being manufactured as I type this.

So they should both be in stock within the next two weeks.

When I originally designed the Jet Set Willy and Helmet electrode ranges, I concentrated on what I thought would be the most popular sizes, initially settling for four options.

I was right. The first and second batches of these stainless steel electrodes were incredibly popular and sold out very quickly.

I had to put in a quick order for batch three to get them back in stock again, which gave me some breathing space to work on the next size.

The first four sizes were 40mm, 45mm, 49mm and 53mm, but I wanted to create a smaller version to cater for more stimmers, and I settled on 35mm for the next size option.

How do the e-stim electrode sizing options work?

Right from the outset, I realised that the biggest hurdle for anyone considering a stainless steel glans electrode would be getting the correct size.

It's tough to measure the glans as they are not flat-sided. I also decided to produce a cheap (relatively) sizing set that could be bought and tried on. This way, you can guarantee you purchase the correct size when you hit the button.

Better yet, I offer a large discount to help offset the costs of the sizing set and split the price with customers.

So, each sizing set contained four nylon Glans caps made from the same model as the electrodes to ensure a good fit.

However, I have also ordered 35mm nylon sizers for this next batch, so future sizing sets will contain all five sizing options once they arrive. I will also offer the 35mm sizer as a stand-alone product for anyone who bought one of the original sizing sets but needs the 35mm sizing option.

I am really looking forward to this next batch's arrival. Although I am out of stock of a number of sizes now, everything will be back in stock again when this next delivery arrives.

As I am now confident of the quality and supply chain for these stainless steel e-stim electrodes, I am now happy to take pre-orders once I have an order in place with my manufacturer.

A production run usually takes just over two weeks, and I have to pay for the stock upfront. Allowing pre-orders allows my customers to reserve one of the next batch before they arrive. It also means I can order future batches more quickly to prevent stock from running out.

If you want to secure one of the subsequent batches, you can do so. They will ship out to my customers the day after they arrive here, as I will need to post-process them before they are ready to go out the door.
