We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. You can pay by card either here on our site or through PayPal.
We do not get to see your card details, and our shop uses the highest levels of security to ensure your details are secure.
How do payments appear on my card statement?

If you place an order here and pay through the shop's payment system, the company shown on your card statement will be either:

If paying through PayPal, it will appear as:

We completely get it, we change our minds too! As long as we have not packed and dispatched your order you can ask us to cancel it.
As long as we see the message and have time to react to it then cancelling isn't a problem at all.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
How do you handle tariffs on USA orders?
How do you handle tariffs on USA orders?
For customers in the USA, you will see relevant tariffs listed on the checkout page.
These tariffs are calculated using the Ad Velorum system, which means the tariffs are worked out not on the order as a whole but on each product. The percentage varies by country of manufacture, as well as whether specific tariffs have been imposed on particular product types by US authorities.
An order placed through us will incur tariffs, which are passed on to the US authorities when we book the shipping, ensuring your order is delivered duty-paid.
This means no hidden or surprise charges; if you place an order with us, it will arrive promptly with no delays at customs.

Tariffs are worked on for each product using its HS code, certain types of products attract higher tariff rates such as cables. For other products made in the UK, the base tariff rate is 10%.
Some products such as cables will attract much higher tariff rates laid out by the US administration. These are totally out of our control and are set by the US administration.

We ship orders as quickly as possible, and for UK orders, we use Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For Service.
For international deliveries, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked Service, and your local postal service will complete the final leg of your order's journey to you.
For orders shipped to the USA and EU under the IOSS system, shipping will be delivered duty paid. DHL is used for EU deliveries and USPS for USA deliveries..

Standard shipping normally takes 1-2 days within the UK. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). In general orders usually ship to the EU in around 5 working days and the rest of the world 5-10 working days.
Delays may happen though especially when the package goes through customs.

International orders are shipped via tracked services, and you will receive an email from the shop once your order is despatched.
This e-mail will contain the tracking link.

Yes, we do offer a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service to the USA.
Now that the de minimis rule has been changed, we offer a simple duty-paid service to expedite your order and ensure it arrives with no hidden fees.

We currently ship to lots of different countries around the globe but most of our customers are based in the United States, Canada, Australia, the EU and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
Get in touch with us before trying to return a product for a returns authorisation number.

Do not use e‑stim if you have a pacemaker or other electronic medical device fitted, have epilepsy or metal implants in the stimulation area.

No, if you are pregnant or are trying to become pregnant, then you should refrain from using e-stim equipment.

Never let electrodes on the same channel touch; using them too closely together can cause hot spots and be uncomfortable.
Follow this advice:
- Ensure good skin contact by using electrogel, which helps maintain a good connection between your skin and the electrode.
- Stay below the waist unless you know what you are doing and have the right equipment.
- Only use body-safe materials for your electrodes.
- Clean and look after your electrodes.
- Never fit or remove electrodes if the power is flowing through them.
