Ordering

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. You can pay by card either here on our site or through PayPal.

We do not get to see your card details, and our shop uses the highest levels of security to ensure your details are secure.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent over the weekend will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! As long as we have not packed and dispatched your order you can ask us to cancel it.

As long as we see the message and have time to react to it then cancelling isn't a problem at all.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to lots of different countries around the globe but most of our customers are based in the United States, Canada, Australia, the EU and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

What delivery options do you offer?

We ship orders out as quickly as we can, and for UK orders, we use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service.

For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail International Tracked Service, and your own nation's postal service will complete the last leg of your order's journey to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 1-2 days within the UK. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). In general orders usually ship to the EU in around 5 working days and the rest of the world 5-10 working days.

Delays may happen though especially when the package goes through customs.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Get in touch with us before trying to return a product for a returns authorisation number.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Safety, Usage & Health

Is E‑Stim safe if I have a pacemaker or metal implant?

Do not use e‑stim if you have a pacemaker or other electronic medical device fitted, have epilepsy or metal implants in the stimulation area.

Can I use e-stim equipment if I am pregnant or trying to get pregnant?

No, if you are pregnant or are trying to become pregnant, then you should refrain from using e-stim equipment.

How do I use electrodes safely?

Never let electrodes on the same channel touch; using them too closely together can cause hot spots and be uncomfortable.

Follow this advice:

  • Ensure good skin contact by using electrogel, which helps maintain a good connection between your skin and the electrode.
  • Stay below the waist unless you know what you are doing and have the right equipment.
  • Only use body-safe materials for your electrodes.
  • Clean and look after your electrodes.
  • Never fit or remove electrodes if the power is flowing through them.

Does ESTIM HURT?

Most users feel a tingling or pulsing; if it hurts, stop, reposition or lower the intensity.

Yes, we do and are delighted to be able to do so. If you are a professional who uses e-stim equipment, then we offer a 10% discount for you on all sales.
